The service offers:
- Administration of ABILITY, APTITUDE AND PERSONALITY tests and questionnaires to candidates nominated by the Company. Candidates may be new recruits or existing staff requiring career development. The tests assess technical, practical and academic skills for all candidates from basic operative level to that of senior executive. In the assessment of technicians, junior managers and senior executives, personality questionnaires are administered in addition to ability tests. All tests are written in the language of the host country.
- Training of Company staff to administer the tests in the language of the host country.
- Supervision of the strict rules of testing by the Consultant.
- Supply of test booklets, answer papers, specialist tests and consumable materials.
- Marking of all papers and the production of detailed profiles of test scores for each candidate.
- Collation of test scores and the preparation of individual reports for each candidate indicating levels of performance. Each report shows the abilities and aptitude of each candidate.
- Guidance for the Company on the potential for employment, training or promotion of each candidate, taking into account all test results and the Company's entry standards and personnel policy.
- Presentation of reports to the Company, together with discussion of individual cases. Advice and follow-up action offered as part of a general conclusion to business.
- Future assessments of Company staff for re-training or promotion, based on original test scores and performance at work.
- Bureau system set up whereby the Company will send test data to Ceres and receive assessment reports back by return.
